Who we are
SevenFiftyTwo is a Swedish music project. This policy covers this artist website. Our merchandise store is separate and covered below.
What we collect and why
If you sign up for Truthbearers, we store your email address, consent and the time of signup so we can send occasional SevenFiftyTwo updates. If you use the contact form or request press material, we store the details you provide so we can respond. We do not collect more than the forms ask for.
Who handles the data
Form entries and signups are stored for us by a managed backend service, and Truthbearers emails are handled through Brevo. Data stored on our behalf by these service providers is still personal data we are responsible for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to manage Truthbearers communication, respond to messages, handle press requests or meet legal obligations. Newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe or request deletion.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you make a cookie choice, your browser remembers that choice so the site can respect it. It stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data. This is necessary for the site to work and is always active.
If you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign details and any advertising click identifier in the link are kept in your browser for that browsing session only, so we can measure how visitors arrive. They are removed when you close the tab. This happens before any marketing choice.
Nothing is shared with Meta from your browser or our server unless you actively accept marketing in the cookie banner or in Cookie settings.
Meta Pixel
If you accept marketing, we load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We use it to measure how our campaigns perform, to understand which pages people visit after seeing a campaign and to build audiences for retargeting.
When the pixel is active, Meta may receive the pages you visit on this site, your clicks on buttons that lead to Spotify, and technical and campaign information such as your IP address, browser and device information, the page address and the campaign link you arrived through. Meta may set or read its own cookies in your browser according to its own policies, and Meta acts as an independent controller for its own use of this data. Transfers outside the EU and EEA can occur under Meta terms. Read more in the Meta Privacy Policy and the Meta Cookies Policy. We do not list exact Meta cookie names or storage durations here, since those are set and changed by Meta.
When marketing is accepted, a click on a listen or pre-save button is also sent to Meta from our own server, so the measurement still works if the browser signal is blocked. The browser and server copies are matched so Meta counts the click once. In that server transmission Meta receives the same click and campaign information, plus your IP address and browser details for matching. We do not store those technical details on our side.
The legal basis for marketing cookies, the pixel and the server side transmission to Meta is your consent. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. If you turn marketing off, we stop loading the pixel and reload the page so it is no longer active in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect data already processed by Meta, so you may also want to use the privacy controls in your Meta account.
Our own click measurement
When you click a listen or pre-save button, your browser also sends a short message to our own server so we can count how many people go on to Spotify. This happens whether or not you accepted marketing, because it is our own basic audience measurement and it is not shared with any advertising platform. You are always sent to Spotify immediately, even if this measurement fails.
For each click we store the release name, which page the click happened on, whether you had accepted marketing and the campaign details from the link you arrived through. We do not store your IP address, browser details, name, email or any account or device identifier, and we do not use fingerprinting. This data is stored without any direct identifier and used only in aggregate to see how our releases and campaigns perform. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring how our own pages perform.
Official merchandise store (Shopify)
Our official merchandise store at www.realsevenfiftytwo.se is a separate Shopify store and is separate from this artist website. The store has its own privacy policy at realsevenfiftytwo.se/policies/privacy-policy. To manage your choices for the store, use the Cookie preferences in the store footer. This artist website's Cookie settings do not manage Shopify store consent.
The store is connected to Meta through Shopify's Facebook and Instagram integration for ad measurement, attribution and retargeting. Depending on how the store is configured and how you interact with it, Shopify and Meta may process browsing, product, cart, checkout and purchase events, including order value, together with technical identifiers and available customer matching data such as name, email, phone and location. Read Shopify's guidance on Meta data sharing at help.shopify.com.
For optional marketing cookies and associated advertising tracking, we rely on your consent. You can manage or withdraw your store marketing choices through Cookie preferences in the store footer. Changing Cookie settings on this artist website does not change your store choices.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data, where applicable. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before your withdrawal. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting SevenFiftyTwo at contact@sevenfiftytwo.se.
